Default 03 grand caravan starting woes

Hello, brand new to forum.
My 03 grand caravan starts sometimes, but 5 minutes later, it won;t even turn-over. Battery is new and alternator is working fine.
I have 12.5 volts at bat. and when running, 14. When I turn the key, everything comes alive, and I hear a slight clicking from engine compartment, but no starter.
Any troubleshooting tips?
Thanks Much.

put a test lite at the ignition sense circuit conector(at the starter ) its the singe wire conector at the starter , and have someone crank the car. if the test lite comes on , change the starter.

Thanks for the replies.
Finally towed it to the dealer.
They replaced the power control module, under warranty.
Runs great now!
Thanks Much.
