When I bought my caravan last week, I read the maual and noticed it could have a cabin filter. I checked the heater box and didn't see one. I bought one and have had no luck installing it. I see what appears to be a frame and thin plastic which is in the way of installing it. Am I doing somethong wrong? Is there a trick to installing this filter?

What model do you have? Does it have rear heat/ac?

 

SE. No rear heat or a/c.

 

Had a tech at work do it. As I guessed, there was a piece out of place that he pushed back into place, then the filter slid in easily. He also changed my front swaybar bushings, no more nasty clunk every bump.

 

Where was it at???

 

could someone tell me where it would be located as I just bought a 2001 myself and was wondering about it thanks
