My first though is a fuseable link...

1995 chrysler voyager with the V6, This is my girl friends van, battery is brand new, I replaced the coil, plug wires and plugs.
At times, thier is no electrical power, no lights, nothing,, come back 5 min later, Van starts right up, all bat cables are tight, Starter cables are good and tight clock on the radio needs to be reset each time thiers no juice.

Could the voltage regulater cause this? all the fues are good and sometimes the back brake lights come on all by them selfs, I think thiers a sensor under the brake pedal that needs to readjusted.

I don't belave thiers a problem in the ignition, Even with a charged battery you can open the door and the doom lights don't come on, wait a while and the Van starts right up...
