Default 96 starter replacement

Im wondering how hard/pita it is to replace the starter on a 1996 plymouth voyager w/ v6 (3.3L i think- sry at work)

mostly concerned with ease of access and exaust removal.

anyone got pics or a link to a how to?

Its right up front next to the oil filter. Easy to do, 45 minutes on the ground with hand tools. 2 or 3 15mm head bolts (depends on whether it is a 3.0 or 3.3L engine, and the two electrical connections. There is a shim btw the starter and the transmission that must be reinstalled, don't loose it! Thats that. Oh, don't forget to unhook the battery, makes a nice welder...
