Location of starter in 1999 van
My hubby and father have a starter to replace mine broken one but they can't seem tofind where it is. Can someone lead me in the right area of where they mightb e able to find it? Thanks bunches!

Just above the oil pan I believe. I haven't done it but It looks like a hard job. Anyone feel free to chime in that has some experence with this repair..

Its not hard to replace, 45 minutes with hand tools. It lives right next to the oil filter and the two bolts come through from the transmission case.
