RE: Windshield washer not working
Inside cover of fuse panel has a schematic showing which fuse controls which function. Not sure if "washer pump" is labeled or not - I would imagine it is on the same circuit as the wipers. Take the time to pull fuses before digging in elsewhere. Didn't notice where you are - lines aren't frozen are they? Washer fluid contains alcohol, but if you use straight water, they will freeze. Does the pump run when you hit the button? You - or someone at the engine should be able to hear it run when you hit the button if it's getting current and working.
