have a 97 caravan that the coil went bad on and was only firing part of the plugs. during this time of rough running, i also got codes for the upstream O2 sensor, and code for injector not functioning properly. will the bad coil send these codes? after replacing the coil, it starts fine and idles great. will even run high speed smooth now with no cutting out, and no codes are showing. will the coil cause this? it has the 3.3 engine in it with the overdrive tranny.

the coil not firing on some of the cylinders will throw an o2 sensor code, because the raw fuel travelling downstream will show a rich condition. i guess you might get an injector code but i am not too sure...[8D]
