Couple of Questions 93 GC

Hi all, I am new here just bought this van and I am trying to get it road safe, I can not find a jack anywhere, the rear wiper also will not work, did not come with an owners manual at all. Anywhere online where I can find the fuse legend? Also my back window leaks? Thats about it for now.. Thanks in advance for any help CC

the jack is under the hood, behind the passenger side headlight

& the rear wiper motors are known to go bad

& the fuses should be labled right on the cover, my '94 they are
