I have a 96 Caravan that has been sitting for about a yr.. I put it back on the road yesterday.. put new gas ran it thru the car wash.. it road fine.. later in the evening I went to take it out again but the right rear wheel was locked up and when I tried to move it you could smell the brake pads. I pushed the e-brake and released it with no difference.
Ideas?
Thanks

You have to open the brake drum and check the pads and the cylinder, try to clean it with some brake cleaner spry, if don't work replase it. Do it with both drums!
It was a job getting the drum off.. there was alot of junk inside,, probably from sitting... I plan on replacing shoes on both sides.. but at least I can move it now..
