Hi all dodge grand caravaners

I have a questions, maybe you can help me. My aircon/heater is only blowing only at the 4th speed, what do you guys thinkthat I should change?Desperate need help.

Replace the blower motor resistor. Depending on your model year, if it is 2001 to present its behind the glove box, older than that it is under the hood by the alternator.
