Hey guys im new to the forum but my mom is having a problem, the car is a 1998 grand caravan se. The problem, the electricity is cutting out, what I mean is that while driving the radio and lights will go on and off. When starting the car it wouldnt turn over or anything, then she kicked the brake pedal twice then the car started also, abs and brake lights turned on. Also when starting the car you can hear like something is messed with the electrical system like a ticking from under the steering wheel/dash area. Anyone know what is wrong? BTW going to go get to see what codes it throws later on.

 

Look for loose or corroded ground wires.
