Default hot and cold air while driving

Hi folks,
I have 2002 Caravan Se with 3.3L engine. When I drive, the air out of ventsis hot. When I stop or slow down to a low speed, the air is cold. Blower works great, coolant levels good, temperature gauge is normal, no smells, vapors, or coolant leaks. Any ideas? Thanks

Sounds like a vacumn problem. Check the heater valve at the firewall. Also I just did this on my van. I took off the hoses at the heater valve, hooked up my hot water heater water and reverse blew the lines to clean out any debris. This worked. You may require a heater valve as well.
