2006 Grand Caravan SXT TPMS

I want to put snow tires on my Caravan in the winter time, but I'm not sure what the implications of the TPMS are. Do I need special rims? Do I have to do anything special if I buy a second set of winter tires? Do I have to go to the dealer every time I switch tires?
