RE: Rear Wiper wont turn on
I was going to bring up the same thing. I would actually try adding a second ground wire from the wiper motor to the door somewhere (at least 12 gauge) and try that. Mazdab is right ,it really needs to be installed as they ground through the chassis, but wiper motors are notorious for losing ground through their mounts, so try a jumper wire ground to somplace like the handle latch area, (maybe evenfrom the old motor) and see if that helps. If It works then you know you have a ground problem and you can find a better spot to move the wire or try cleaning up the mount area, so it self grounds
