How to tell if I have ABS?
I have a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager & my front struts are in need of replacing. I was just wondering how can you tell if you have ABS or not? I found a set for the front for a really good price, but they are non ABS so I need to make sure weather or not I have ABS.
Can anyone help direct me on where to look?

RE: How to tell if I have ABS?
The best way is to turn the front wheels to full lock in one direction and look at the outboard CV joint --if it has "teeth" or segments with a probe pointing at the teeth, it has ABS. You can also see a ABS sensor with a wire or the probe attached to the knuckle. One other way to tell is when you first start the van, a yellow ABS symbol will light up on the dash (eyebrow part) for several seconds and then go out.

That will work as long as you know what you're looking for. I'd turn the key on and see if an ABS light comes on in the right hand side of the light cluster (next to where the air bag light will come on) If you don't get that at start up, chances are you don't have ABS.
