Question Wiring Gremlin

We've owned our Charger for right at one year. It's been a great car so far. However, occassionally the seat heaters stop working temporarily. The fuses look good and seem seated in there slots, and the connectors under the seats look good. After a day or two, the heaters simply start working again. This has happened three time now. This last time I traded the 30amp fuse in the rear fuse box with a fuse from another slot. The next day the heaters started working again, but the ESP inop warning light came on. Trouble was, the fuse I swapped with the heater fuse had nothing to do with the ESP. Again, by the end of the day the ESP mysteriously became active again.

I'm quite perplexed. Anyone else has a similar problem?
