Exclamation AWD Dodge Charger

I am thinking of purchasing a 07 or 08 charger. However, i have been lookin around and have only seen chargers with RWD. I was just wondering do they make chargers in AWD? Are they hard to get? Any info would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

You can get SXT or RT AWD. I haven’t heard of any shortages so they should be readily available depending on your location.

<edit> They started making them in 07.

Good luck!

Getting one quickly depends on whether the dealers order them for stock.

Down here in Florida, I was initially looking for one with AWD and could not find 1 within 100 miles. At the dealership, I asked about them and the GM flat out said that the AWD cars don't sell well and they sit on the lot for a long time.

The best thing that you can do is goto www.dodge.com . Do a "BUILD YOUR OWN VEHICLE". When doing this, click to have an AWD and leave everything else as plain as possible (no options for better searching). On the last part of the build, there is a link "FIND YOUR VEHICLE" On the right hand side. It will bring up dealerships in your area and you just have to hover over the names to see if they have a match. Then you click, check out the window sticker to see the options and go from there.

This is how I chose mine. There was only 1 charger that matched in the whole area.

Purchased a 2007 SXT AWD last year after about 6 months of searching. They are out there, just have to look hard.

there is no shortage of them up in new hampshire where i work. it might be easier to find a 300 or magnum with awd,as they have been produced with the awd option for longer. my dealership usually has at least 2 300's in stock with awd. but i guess it depends on your area
