Here's one I bet you didn't expect. My 1985 Dodge Shelby Charger. It has ran a best of 12.538 @ 111.71 mph. I expect 11's from it if I can ever get the time to put it back together (sold my tranny to build another one) and tune it.

Here's my take home unit. Its got the V6 but will still run hard. I ran down a crotch rocket a while back, I was at 130mph and still going he was at around 140 - 150 mph and the bike shut down on him.
