Default Charger/300 RWD with traction control

I've been trying to find a Charger or 300 with AWD but can't seem to find one that is in my price range.

My concern with getting the RWD is my wife. She hasn't driven anything besides a FWD compact and worried about her being on crappy roads and having the rear swing around on her.

How is the traction control on the RWD's? Is it active at all speeds or just at slower speeds? If you could give me some insight as to how it works in crappy conditions it would be appreciated!

Traction Control which is part of Electronic Stability Program (ESP) on the LX platform is amlost too good. Personally I have tripped ESP several times, in those cases ESP either applies brakes and/or pulling throttle. People go to great lenghts to try to disable it 100%

ESP helps keep the car going the correct direction, minimizing loss of control due to many factors including oversteering.

ESP is active all the time even if you push the ESP button to disable it. How many times are you going to get into trouble when driving under 30mph? On the flip side ESP can save you at higher speeds.

I have actually driven our r/t in 2 different blizzards in the Texas panhandle and was really suprised. If the snow is deep enough it helps to disable it and get some wheel spin, but only in stuck conditions....
