Question about a radio

Might be the wrong place for this post but would anyone happen to have any knowledge on stereos? I'm curious whether the radio with NAV/GPS from an '07 Charger would work with/in an '05 Durango Limited.

Need to check the CAN bus speed of the vehicle. LX (Charger/300/Magnum) is a low speed, the trucks are high speed. They aren't interchangeable.
