Talking Shock Strut Replacement

Hello everyone!

My car info:
Year: 2010
Make: Dodge Charger R/T Police Edition
Engine: 5.7 hemi
Mileage: 80k

I was doing some reading and cant get a straight answer...I'm having a serious knocking sound and raddle when driving down the road, I replace right outter tie rod, no bearing play. So I'm very sure it's the struts....

I'm wondering which type of shock/struts should I replace, I've heard the "police" edition shocks are much stiffer than the regular R/T OEM, and I read some people but the STR edition in.....

Help and input, links would be really helpful!

Thank for your help everyone!

It can also be bad front sway-bar bushings. I got the same knock & rattle, and
that was the first thing I replaced because it was cheap, and that was it. Plus,
it won't be a waste of $8.00-$16.00 for new bushings, if they have never been
replaced, then you don't lose big.
