Default Rm350

Hi, I am new to this forum. I have a 73 Superior rv with the RM 350 Dodge chassis. It has a 440 with 727 trans. I understand pretty much all the systems. The question I have is about the front wheel bearings, it has disc brakes, the grease caps are octagonal about 2 1/4" socket size. How does one remove them to be able to repack the wheel bearings? The caps are inset in the hubs so are not easy to get to.
Thanks
Steve
