P0191=Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit Range/Performance
P0193=Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor Circuit High Input
hum. . . .go to autozone or some plce with a scanner and get them deleted. . .if they come back then your rail pressure sensor might be shot.
hows the truck driving anyway. if everything is running normaly then your ok, running rough or excessive black smoke then youve got an issue.

The truck runs great. When the check engine light comes on it skips for 10 seconds and then nothing. I had them cleared last night and drove it 10 miles or so with no problem. When I cranked it this am the PO193 came back, it skipped for 10 seconds or so and cleared up. I am disconnecting the Gas Miser chip nowto see if it is causing it.

Thanks for responding.

I take it that chip hooks to the rail pressure sensor. . .if it does there is your problem.

If I knew what the Rail Pressure Sensor was I might could tell you. Is it obvious that I know nothing about a diesel. Someone else installed it. I am going to get the paper work out and see where it ties in.

Thanks again
