I just got my Max Mileage box and installed it in about 10 minutes in the dark with a flashlight. I drove the truck around the block and it definetely runs smoother and hopefully I'll get some better mileage. I'll keep everyone posted.

Got a chance to drive about 30 miles with the new box and I'm pretty impressed. The truck runs much smoother and has better throttle response. Too early to tell if the mileage is getting better, but if I could trust the overhead (which is always way off) it shows an increase even in stop and go driving. Hopefully it will verify in the hand calcs.
Right now I would reccomend the Max Mileage box just because it makes the truck more enjoyable to drive without adding any risk to the transmission. They say it adds about 35 hp. The Quadzilla is about $100 less than the Edge max mileage box.

If it works like my XZT it will make the over head off 4-5 MPGabove actual. [:@]I am also interested in the hand calc'd numbers. Did you keep good records before? The XZT gives a little better mileage, but not much.
