RE: HELP !!! - I can't find the oil pressure sending unit
What a PITA !!!!!!
Igot it. No wonder i couldn't find it. It's hiddendown towards the bottom behind the stock fuel filter housing. You'll need 7 foot arms that are nowider than a pencil that bend in several different directions at the same time to get to it. I FINALLY got the boot off, blew both the sensor out and the boot with compressed air, filled em both with dielectric grease, and FINALLY got the boot back on. Here are some pics of where it's located. Hopefully I don't need to replace the sensor. If so, it's gonna wait till spring for sure. It's starting to get COLD outside !!
Here it is ...
I hope this helps the next poor soul looking for it.

Well ... the bad news
I took it off, cleaned it all up as best as I could, re-packed it with dielectric grease, and the gauge didn't budge. It's still on zero and my check gauges light is still on ( convietly covered with a business card ) I guess I'm gonna hafta replace the sensor. [:@]
