Default RE: Turbo whistle

A Willy's whistler intake with the metal piping is the loudest intake I've heard so far. For me it would be too much while towing.

I gutted the intake tube, removed the silencer ring and swiss cheesed the bottom of the stock air box and it's almost too loud when pulling.

you can leave in the stock intake box in place, just remove the baffeling and the silencer ring and she'll sing.

I have had good service out of my 2790 BHAF. the stock filters only lasted me tops 10K, I have approx 35K on this massive filter.

the power strokes have a VGT, that is why the turbo spools up so quick. they are able to achieve nearly full boost right off the line because of the VGT.
