Default truck wont start

i need some help, i drive an 06 ram 3500 diesel. i turn the key on and every thing comes on but no starter. i can here the relay under the fuses click but no click from the starter at all im new to the dodges so i just need to know if this is is just one of those things or if im just being a lazy mechanic. i have been a ford guy my whole life and decided to switch to dodge to get away from all the stupid little problems please dont tell me im in for it no matter what i drive

First off, what does the voltage read on the dash?
Have you checked the battery with a volt meter?
Check ALL fuses.
