Unhappy Serpentine Belt and pulley trouble

Ok this is my first post and i am very unfamiliarized with this whole getup. Anyways my Dodge ram 1996 2500 Cummins 3/4 ton truck serpentine belt shredded and to put a new one on, i need to know how to adjust the tracking pully and belt tensioner

this is a diagram with a truck with No A/C but as for the tensioner just stick a ratchet end in the square hole on the automatic tensioner and rotate counter clockwise and slip the belt over it.
