How hard is it to change filter?
Do you need to purge fuel system after change?
How do you purge system if needed?

easy. under the hood is a canister on the drivers side.open the top, pull the element out, put new element in, replace the o-ring (new filter should come with it) and put the top back on. turn the key to on, and bump the starter without starting it...should cause the lift pump to run for 30 seconds.

after that start it up.

if it stalls out, try to restart and if it doesn't fire, use a 21mm or 13/16ths wrench to crack the injector lines on the head (just 3 of them is all you need) and crank till fuel comes out. then close the lines and start it up...it will run rough till you revv it a small amount and it should clear the air out of the other lines.
