looks like you installed a trash can under your hood..... but nice job.... cool to see everything fit and im sure it was alot cheaper than going a pre-made intake route like i did.

I'm looking at this pic and I just wanted to clarify ... that other end IS plugged with something right? Any chance of the turbo sucking whatever it's plugged with right on through?
that would be the top of the air filter mayfair. And no a5.9l wont pull that into the intake. Heck those are the same size filters used with these engines
the 4th gens will just be a body change. now wether or not they will carry the filters needed for the V6 and V8 1500's I dont know. I would imagine they would.
