Has anyone converted from single wheel to dually? dosent seem to hard .New fenders ,lights ,wheel hub adapters, and wheels ,from the build sheet on my truck everything on my truck is the same as a dually except the afore mentioned equipment.??
I actually DID do this for / with my old boss. He had a 4wd Ford that he wanted to convert into a dually. It really wasn't that difficult, just time consuming. We ordered the dually fenders, rear and tires, as well as a new gas filler neck. That's all that I can remember off of the top of my head that we needed. Lines and stuff also needed to be replaced. Like I said, it wasn't difficult, just time consuming. I think he was able to order the fenders pre painted since he was still using the factory color, however I'm not 100% sure. It was about 15 or so years ago.
