They have approximately 20 trucks, and they never mentioned any problems with the sensors when they do this. Which I'm sure they would have by now if it was creating a problem with the ABS sensor. But I will never say it doesn't until I have tried it.

Thought you guys might appreciate another website for Free-Spin Kits. Found this guy elsewhere on the forum, almost half price of the Dynatrac kit. Makes Disconnect elimination kits, outer free-spin, inner 30spline & 35spline shafts (35 requires Spider gear modification). Attached the email I got from him and the website.
I haven't done it yet on my truck, but will be in the next few months. Any suggestions from someone who may have done this???
Here's the email he sent me back. Talking about rotor upgrades and answering whether they leak.
Kyle,
As for a brake upgrade, the kit
for your truck would come with new rotors. These are the same size rotors
that were used on 1 ton trucks.
The inner kit would eliminate your axle disconnect. As for the seals
leaking, it is myth. There was an issue where the seal would leak on the
'00 to '02 model year with just the installation of the hub conversion kit.
This was caused because the tolerances on the seal surface were drastically
reduced. To eliminate this issue we only offer the '00-'02 kits with the
inner axle CAD delete option.
For your application, the only thing you would need to decide is whether you
would want the 30 spline or 35 spline kit. The same would go for the CAD
delete. We have just the one side axle kit to eliminate the CAD or we offer
a 35 spline inner kit that would upgrade both side inners to 35 spline. For
the 35 spline you would need to provide the spider gears or we do have new
ones available.
As for ordering, just give us a call or leave me your number and I can call
you. We ship via UPS and accept, MC, VISA, and Discover Cards. We also
include 12 page instructions that will take you through step by step. On
average it takes between 4-8 hours to install depending on your mechanical
skill and how long it takes to remove the old unit bearings.

anyone try the repacking through the abs sensor yet?
Yes. I pumped some grease into mine through the ABS sensor hole when I was changing the U-joints on the front axle. It only took a couple of seconds to because I already had it taken apart. I've driven about 500 miles since then with no problems. I don't think it should affect the sensor. I'll let everyone know if I have any problems with the ABS system.

How often do you all grease your bearings? I'm getting my truck back next week and I've never had the front end serviced (30K miles).
