Default Ram 2500 6.7 diesel U010C code

So I started getting this code Wednesday, there are no other codes coming up.My understanding is the actuator is a likely cause. I guess there's a small chance a fuse is blown but I can't figure out which one it is. Can someone help me identify it before I take it down to the shop?

That's just a generic communications code, I doubt there is a fuse involved there at all. Basically, the PCM is unable to communicate with the actuator, or the module that controls it. Might be bad actuator, bad control module, or an issue with the wiring....... Its a fun one to figger out.
