Default 2000 Dodge Dakota 4.7L

I have a 2000 Dodge Dakota 4.7L, overheated because of a hole in the radiator, blew a head gasket. I replaced both head gaskets, timing chain tensioners, and all 16 lifters, TPS (throttle positioning sensor), MPS, did oil change, ran it for about 500 miles done a motor flush then new oil filter and lucas oil. Problem is the motor runs perfect with no codes, but there is a knocking that I can not figure out. The knocking increases with acceleration. I checked the exhaust gaskets (all good), noise seems to be coming from the center of the motor. Any suggestions?

a knock is usually a bad bearing inside the engine, or possibly water pump

I guess it depends how bad it overheated. Does it do it in neutral?
