I have 2016 dodge dart SE 2.0L 68k miles on it
My interior, exterior, digital speedometer, radio all flicker when the car is on and when driving. And the RPMS surge when it gets bad. I replaced the alternator and spark plugs and the problem did not get any better. Also the digital speedometer will flicker on and off and sometimes go out but you can still see it. It more like the back light went out to it so its not as bright. little things cause this like turning the defrost off but not on. A lot of times it starts at high speeds or when you are taking off and the car is going thru gears.

Another problem I am having is a rough idle. The car vibrates extremely unless it is in neutral or reverse.
