Default 89 Daytona ES 2.5 TBI Vacuum Rework

89 Dodge Daytona 2.5 TBI Stock

Got the 89 roadworthy (NJ historic plates) over the holiday.... BUT
I pulled the filter assembly and some vacuum lines snapped.

Can anyone provide me with some direction on what types of hoses,
what lines need to be installed, etc?

The car no longer will be inspected for emissions but I'd like to have reasonable EPA.

The check engine light is on but I have yet to get a reader on it...

TIA.

You can replace the cracked plastic tubes with rubber vacuum line or try to get the plastic tubing at Advance Auto (lengths you cut to size). Either method has been used. Codes can be obtained via key on, key off, key on method. You read the flashes on the CEL. Search the web for more info. It takes some practice or several tries to distinguish between pauses for the next code or just a short pause for the next digit of a particular code.

Nice car!
