Default '02 Dodge Durango SLT Missing When Cold.

Hi all, first here but hoping you guys can help... Since June my 2002 with a 5.9 liter developed a miss. It misses when its cold and smooths out when its up to operating temp and will sometimes die. The miss will also occur when going up a hill or situation where the engine is under a load. I have changed the plugs, wires, dist. cap & rot. button. I cleaned the throttle body and run seafoam through the vacuum lines all of which seemed to help but not eliminate the problem.. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated because i have racked my brain...
