Default Head Light problems

The other day my head lights blowed when my son took my battery out. I checked everything, wiring, all of it.. Then I noticed the Harness was a little melted/scorched... I replaced the lights and the harness.. I was coming home from work and the just blowed again... Everything is getting fire, and I have checked all wires again... Can someone please help with this problem I am having??

the bulbs blew? That would be too much voltage. The fuse blew? That's a short somewhere drawing too much current
