Sometimes starts / Sometimes doesn't!

I have a 99 Intrepid with 220,000 miles. Runs great but sometimes when I try to start it it just turns over but will not start. It sounds like it's flooded when this happens. I let it set for 10 to 20 minutes and it starts like nothing is wrong. It seems like it happens more when I'm making frequent stops around town. I've had it checked and nothing registers on the computer. Any clues to what it may be? Thank's in advance.
