Question Turn Signals Problems

Hello,

My turn signals for a 97 intrepid does not work. I checked the fuse below steering column and it is ok. Check and replace the the relay switch under the hood. It worked for the day...now it's 6'6" (DEAD)... lol..serious..>>

Checked fuse (below steering column) again and it is ok...could this be a bad relay or an electrical problem?

Did the turn ignition key test: code 5, 5

Your help will be appreciated in fixing this problem.
