My DIC just started telling me it is time to change my oil. There is less than 2500 miles of easy driving on the ODO. Is this normal? My last car had a system that evaluated driving style and always gave me between 7500 and 8000 miles between oil changes. Is the Dodge that much worse that it needs an oil change every 2500 miles?

 

No. You can just reset the reminder. Turn the key on and push the gas pedal down 3 times and hold down on the third. This will reset the reminder.

well yeah these kinda small errors can pop up now and then but won't do any harm to ur vehicle.
