Vents blow cold air on passenger side and in rear

Hi,and thanks for your reply.
I heard that from someone else before about the heater core,then I was also told by many others that there is no left and right to a core just in and out.
I can tell you this if it helps,the lines from the heater core going into the HVAC case right at the drivers side blend door actuator are boiling hot.(both of them).Which tells me lots of heat and no restriction,at least that's what I think.Could anyone tell me if I'm correct?I also noticed restricted air flow on the passenger side and when I poke around down the center vent,I feel a door and the flow increases,but still no heat or defrost on that side.
