Unhappy Uconnect - SD Card Issue & Brightness Issue

I'm having three issues:

1. I play music using an SD card. When I insert the card, the music comes right up. Each time I start the vehicle, however, the Uconnect does not "see" the SD card. I have to manually eject the card and reinsert it each time I start the vehicle for Uconnect to "see" it. The option fo SD is dimmed out from the source selection screen until I eject and reinsert it.

2. The brightness for my Uconnect won't adjust in Auto setting. It stays the same brightness wether its day or night.

3. The option to adjust brightness with headlights on is always dimmed out. I cannot adjust it in any setting - day, night, or auto.

My vehicle is a 2011 Dodge Journey Lux with the 8.4" Uconnect (no navigation)

Can someone help?

Default

Try to Disconnect the battery for a minute or so (reboot) and see if that helps. If not a trip to the dealer may be in order.
