Default 2014 Journey rolls back when in drive is this normal?

I have a brand new 2014 Dodge Journey and I have noticed that it will roll back when on the slightest incline, when it's in drive and I let off the brake. It's an automatic and I have never experienced this with an automatic before. It does it when I am in my driveway waiting on my garage door to open and I let off the brake before I press the accelerator. Yesterday I was at a stop sign and it did it again as I let off the brake and before I pressed the accelerator. Is this normal on the new models or should I have it checked?

Also, I have notice when I am stopped and go to accelerate that I can hear a slight cling. It doesn't do it when driving only when you first take off from a complete stop.

Hoping I am not going to start having problems with my Journey, it only has 400 miles on it as of today.

Mine does roll a bit in my driveway as I have a 4 ft incline on a 40 ft
length , I have really not been that concerned about it but no clinking sound.
I would have the dealer look and note it on your service logs.
