Purchased my 2013 Journey in Nov '14 with 31K. All has been working fine. Today I noticed no air is blowing to rear compartment vents. Checked the settings and seems fine. Any suggestions what other steps I can check before bring it to the dealer.

 

If you have the roof mounted control panel in the second
row check those setting or the climate control settings
on your screen and sync your controls.
