Default Turn signal on a 2010 Dodge

Hi there everyone.
Hopefully someone could help me. I got in my 2010 Dodge Journey 3.5L R/T FWD this morning. I was driving along and noticed that my turn signals weren't working Left and Right respectively. How ever the hazard lights still worked. When I lock the car and unlock the car the hazard lights flash as they are suppose to. The only time it doesn't work is when i want to indicate when i want to turn. I looked under the hood for the fuse/relay but i was unable to find it.

Whats the next course of action i can try before having to remortgage my house so that a tech can fix it?

Thank you

Michael.

Welcome to the forum.

The turn signals may have a problem due to a bad
switch in the stalk , a failed "clockspring" assembly
or may have been turned off by the TIPM.
Try TIPM (computer) reset by disconnecting the DJs
battery at the negative jumpstart connection for 10-20
minutes.

Is this happening with the turn signal lights on the outside of your car, the turn signal lights on your instrument panel, or both?
