2013 Dodge Journey SXT - uConnect 8.4 Firmware Upgrade
Hi everyone,
I have my new 2013 Dodge Journey SXT and I wanted to make sure that the uConnect 8.4 unit is up to date with the Firmware.
I went to the http://www.driveuconnect.com/, put in the VIN of the car and followed the instructions. Downloaded and extracted the file to a USB flash drive.
For some reason, the uConnect unit doesn't detect the upgrade file. I tried multiple flash drives of various sizes and no go. I know the USB port works as I have a flash drive with music on it and it works just fine.
Any ideas of why its not working? any suggestions?
