Default frozen

i have a 2015 dodge journey and whenever it is cold out my wiper fluid wont work in the front, sometimes the back too and my windows all freeze. and it doesnt have to always be super cold to do this. anyone else have this issue.

Are you using low temperature wiper fluid?
