uconnect not working

Default uconnect not working

my 2013 Dodge Journey unconnect stopped working recently. I tried to rebot with the recommend software update from Dodge with no success.
Does anybody have any ideas besides bringing to a dealer which it sounds most do not know what the problem is?

Moved from the Ram section to the Journey section.


Try disconnecting the battery for a bit.

HI Andrea,
thanks for your response. purchased at Bergstrom, Kaukauna, WI
I did stop in and they told me it would be $125hr to diagnose. may be up to $1500.00 to fix depending on the diagnosis. Seems expensive

I already tried downloading the updated software and disconnecting the battery with no help.
I would very much like some help from you.
