Default Plugs for a Hemi

It's about time for me to change my plugs. I go online at Advance Auto and they are showing Bosch plugs some platinum and euridium (sp?). The Bosch have the 4 way and 2 way type and then theirs the Champion regular plug. What should I put in the car, not worried about money, just performance. I tried the Bosch in my 98 Ram w/the 5.9 and the performance was terrible. I use regular Champions it.

Any advice/suggestions as to a good plug? I still don't think that I can go beyond the 30k change interval even if I use platinum..is that correct?

I installed the NGK V-Power that I bought through Moes Performance ($45.99 for 16 plugs for the Hemi). Friendly fella to work with and good service. http://moesperformance.com/
Take your time in removing/reinstalling the bolts from the coils so as to not strip out the threads. The valve covers are aluminum so the mounts can be stripped easily if not careful.

As for my '01 Ram with the 5.9 I went with and was happy with the Champion Truck plugs I installed. Upgraded to an Accel coil as the stock Ram one crapped out at around 4000 rpm.

Thanks for the advice. I put the same plugs in my Ram too, the Truck plugs. Stock coil though.

I did the Bosch Platinum 2's on my RT and almost 30,000 miles later they look brand new, compared to the stockers that looked crappy and used at 25.5K. I pulled a couple a couple of weeks ago to look and I'm happy with them.

The only risk I see would be the dissimilar metals freezing together, but since I used the anti seize stuff both on the threads and the goo for the boots, I'm thinking I'm good-to-go for a while yet. I'll check 'em again in the spring and see...

Mike

Don`t use E3 plugs, I put them in my 5.7 and had to pay over $400.00 thinking my computer was bad. The E3`s are a piece of ****
